You must contact us regarding any product faults within 7 days of receiving the item. After this period, we will be unable to consider your request.
To better understand the problem, kindly provide us with photos or videos & the order number. In some cases, we may request the item be returned via an agreed method for a thorough inspection. If a legitimate fault is identified, we'll cover the return costs and promptly dispatch a replacement.
In the event that the product proves to be free of defects, please be aware that the initial return costs won't be reimbursed. Moreover, any expenses associated with resending the item to you will be your responsibility.
