Joycult started making fingerboard wheels in 2014, and since then, the brand has grown significantly. Matt founded Joycult in Ontario, Canada, with one thing in mind: realism. The main purpose was to bring skateboarding and fingerboarding one step closer together. Joycult fingerboard wheels are made with polyurethane, just like a real skateboard wheel, with different durometers for different terrains to accommodate every style.
Scott from Dynamic Fingerboards acquired the Joycult brand in 2023. He has continued to operate the business from the USA alongside key strategic partners who also happen to be veterans in the fingerboarding space. Scott continues to use the same materials, formulas and shapes that customers know and love, but only releases wheels that meet Joycult's newfound quality standards.
The Joycult wheels that we stock at Skull Fingerboards are the new 3.0 shape. These wheels have long-lasting, lubricated ball bearings locked into the wheel.
Joycult wheels come in three different sizes:
- Lite - 7mm diameter (Designed for decks between 29mm-32mm. This shape gets you close and personal with the ground, allowing for extremely realistic trick execution)
- Classic - 8mm diameter (The "do all" wheel. These are perfect for any kind of riding style from street to vert)
- XL - 9mm diameter (Great for wide decks like cruisers, outdoor riding, or just to add some extra style to your setup)
While these are the intentions of the designs, every rider can find new ways to mix and match and enjoy these wheels.

Joycult also produces fingerboard graphic decks, which are hand-crafted with a real-wear transfer graphic. Each fingerboard is made using five plies of wood and is 96mm in length. The decks come in various widths depending on the preference of the fingerboarder, the main ones being 32mm and 34mm.
