Orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked, Parcelforce or DPD.

EU IMPORT TAXES

Import taxes to the European Union (27 member states only) are sent with prepaid import taxes. The final price you see at checkout is all you will be required to pay. Customs will not request any additional import costs or handling charges.

    Damaged goods

    If your package arrives damaged you must contact us as soon as you receive it. Damaged items must be returned before we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered. We will refund costs for returning the damaged item.

    Lost goods

    Please allow an extra 7 working days outside the delivery estimate before contacting us. If your package still hasn’t arrived then we will attempt to locate it or send a replacement if deemed lost.
