Do I have to pay import taxes when ordering to the European Union?

Import taxes to the European Union (27 member states only) are sent with prepaid import taxes. The final price you see at checkout is all you will be required to pay. Customs will not request any additional import costs or handling charges.

We are based in and ship from the United Kingdom.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated automatically. Please add the products to your cart and use the estimate shipping option or proceed directly to checkout.
The cost will be dependent on your country and the size/weight of the products ordered.

We offer Next Day Delivery for UK Customers at an additional cost

Where is my item?

You can track your item using the tracking code in your shipment email.

What should I do if I think my package is lost?

Please allow an extra 7 working days outside the delivery estimate before contacting us. If your package still hasn’t arrived then we will attempt to locate it or send a replacement.

What do I do if there is a fault with my item?

If your package arrives damaged you must contact us as soon as you receive it. Damaged items must be returned before we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered. We will refund costs for returning the item after we receive it.

When will a certain item be back in stock?

We regularly restock most brands and main products won't be out of stock for long.
