If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Making a Return
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Gift cards are not refundable.
You need to be able to provide your order details or proof of purchase.
Shipping - You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Damaged goods
If your package arrives damaged you must contact us as soon as you receive it. Damaged items must be returned before we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered. We will refund costs for returning the damaged item.
Lost goods
Please allow an extra 10 days outside the delivery estimate before contacting us. If your package still hasn’t arrived then we will attempt to locate it or send a replacement.
