Delivery Policy

You will receive an email informing you when your order has been dispatched. This will include a tracking number if applicable.

Default shipping method (UK) - Orders will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.

  • Proof of delivery including a signature from the receiver

  • Delivery estimate - 2-3 working days (including Saturdays)

Default shipping method (Europe) – Orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

  • Tracking information provided

  • Delivery estimate – 3-5 days

Default shipping method (Worldwide) - Orders will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

  • Tracking information provided

  • Worldwide estimate – 5-7 days

Next day delivery – Orders will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM Next Working Day (Excludes Saturdays)

  • Next working day guaranteed (UK only) if order is placed before 1.30PM on a working day (Weekend orders by Tuesday)

  • Tracking information provided

Damaged goods – If your package arrives damaged you must contact us. Damaged items must be returned before we will arrange for a replacement to be delivered. We will refund costs for returning the damaged item.

Lost goods – Please allow an extra 5 days outside the delivery estimate before contacting us. If your package still hasn’t arrived then we will attempt to locate it or send a replacement.
